Wednesday 8:30 AM until 5:15 PM
Thursday 8:30 AM until 5:15 PM

Special Appointments: We recognize that sometimes a person needs to meet with an attorney immediately, after normal office hours, or they may not be physically able to get to our office. To meet the needs of such special circumstances, appointments may be made after-hours or on weekends when appropriate.
Since it may be difficult for an injured person to come to our office, we can also meet with persons at their home, hospital, or place of business if necessary. Please call Matt Plyler directly at (910) 483-4529 if you wish to discuss scheduling alternative times or locations.
Attorney's Fees and Free Initial Consultations:
Most personal injury cases, medical malpractice cases, premises liability cases, and wrongful death cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, which means that the client does not pay any attorney’s fees unless we obtain a judgment or settlement from the offending party. Most other matters are handled on an hourly fee basis, although the Plyler Law Firm will utilize alternative billing methods when appropriate. These may include contingency fees, flat fees, and hybrid fee arrangements including both a flat fee/contingency fee basis.
The Plyler Law Firm accepts cash, checks, and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover).
Free Initial Consultations
The Plyler Law Firm does not charge for initial consultations on personal injury cases, medical malpractice cases, premises liability cases, or wrongful death. In such cases, an attorney will meet with the client to discuss the facts and injuries. By doing so, the attorney is able to evaluate the case based on his own personal perceptions and experience. On most of these cases, the case is handled on a contingency fee basis, which means that the client does not pay any attorney’s fees unless the firm obtains a judgment or settlement from the offending party. On all other cases, fees for initial consultations are handled on a case-by-case basis which may be addressed when the meeting is scheduled.
